My female cat is peeing a red/orange color. what does this mean?

My cats pee is orange. I can't afford a vet and I have no transportation. Is there anything I can do for the cat?

he needs to drink more water or cat milk. Just like our own systems we need enough water to keep it healthy.

Feed a little wet food with the dry kibble if he won't drink. Or add water to his food.
