cat behavior has changed

my cat we have had for a very long time , is acting not her self nomore ever since we got a kitten 4 mouths ago. she sleeping in her litter boxs an bitting her self to the point where she bleeds an has not hair in that spot what going on with my cat?

Sounds to me like your cat is anxious and is over grooming which is causing the hair loss. It may havbe been caused by the arrival of the new cat. It may be an idea to seperate your cats for a week or so and then to reintroduce them to each other again. this may help your cat feel more confident about its home. please read my page here about introducing cats to each other and also about blad spots on cats

If ever you think your cat is physically ill the best thing to do is to take them to the vets as oon as possible.
