Creamsicle's leg is fully healed and he's living a happy life ♥

When I was 7, me and my mother were walking in the neighborhood when we heard some mewling. I encouraged my mother to stop and see what it came from. I looked through the bushes for any sign but I saw nothing. I was about to give up, when I saw a pitiful ginger and white bundle mewling in pain as he tried to free his caught leg from the thorn bush. I gently pet the kitten and pulled his leg out. Then I picked him up and came up to my mother. She stared in horror then realized what it was.

Generally, my mother was't a "Cat Person" the only pet I had ever had was a rabbit that died that same year. I was about to cry wondering what would happen to this poor kitten. His leg was bleeding badly and he looked as if he could hardly walk anyway. My mother couldn't take her eyes off him so she decided we would take him in. We fed him warm milk and wrapped him in an old blanket. Then we gently washed him and fixed up his leg.

e couldn't find a home for him. And my father suggested to bring to the shelter. But even my mom hated the idea. She had fallen in love with the kitten in the past few days and she refused to give him away. I loved him to and couldn't bear thinking of him in the shelter. So we decided to keep him. Me and my sister thought of the name Creamsicle. He is now 6 years old and is living a very happy life. ?
