Eye don't get it

Something is wrong with my friend's cat and I'm very concerned. Their cat's name is Nina. Her eyes get kind of sticky and she is losing fur underneath her eyes. She also has little clumps of eye crust underneath her eyes as well. Is this some kind of disease?

It could be an eye infection that may need some drops or antibiotics from a vet. It is impossible to say untill the eyes are examined. The loss of fur is probably caused by the eyes weeping.
Perhaps you should suggest to your friend that he should see a vet soon as it must be very uncomfirtable for your cat.
