my three week old kitten cant poo

i found a kitten about three week old I think under my old sofa outside. He has eaten and drunk but does not seem to be able to poo.

any ideas please

firstly you should find out if anyone in your area has lost a kitten because it is importnat that a kitten this young receive proper medical care and this will encur a cost.

You can try to gently rub the tubby area in a circle to fry and encourage a bowel movement. Make sure they have lots of water to drink and you could try adding a little vegetable oil to their food (only a little though). if the kitten still has not been in a day or so the kitten needs to see a vet urgently.

If you end up keeping the kitten it is importnant that you have the kitten checked out and vaccinated soon to make sure they remain healthy.
