what do you do when its to cold for the cat! when it wants to go outside! and keeps meowing

I'm not sure what you mean. If the cat wants to go out side then lt them out. If it is cold the cat will go out and decide whether or not to come back in or not. Cats are very intelligent animals and are very good at looking after themselves. They also have a very good fur coat and can withstand quite cold temperatures. My cat will go out in very cold whether, sometimes she stays out for a hour or so, sometimes she stays out only for a few minutes.
