what is wrong withj my cat coz im scared

im really worried about my cat , im only 11 years old .
my cat saphire was the runt of the litter
she is really small and timed we dont no y
she only likes being with me
now sh is loosing hair
today i found her poo in the bathroom and it has fur all over it

wat does it mean ??

i will be taking her to the vet
