2 week old kitten

i just got my kitten today hes only 2 weeks old and his mother died. he hasnt been eatinq much but i finally got him to eat at least 15 ml . i was rubbing his stomach so he could poop and all thats coming out is blood. i can tell hes pushing because his anus looks like hes trying to push . but only blood comes out. he keeps whining and he barely wants to eat. i took him to a vet today and they told me that hes healthy but the bleeding started after i left so i need help and advice.

Bless him he is very young indeed and so his insides are still getting used to a routine etc. the blood may be because he is constipated. As he is so young i would advise phoning your vets for some advice, i;m not sure that the normal treatment for cat constipation would be suitable for one so young. theyu should be happy to advise you over the phone.
