Cat has constant sore behind

M cat is an outside cat, but since she was a kitten, she was born with her anus and vagina too close together

It's always red and infected looking. What do I do about this? She looks so miserable.

i really don't think there is much you can do about this.
i don't know if you have been to see the vet about this and whether or not he has made any suggestions. i don't know if there is any surgery that could help or whether there is some cream or medication that could help.

the poor thing must be in constant discomfort.

if you have not spoken to a vet about this perhaps it would be a good idea to at least find out if there is anything specifically that can be done for her.
