Cat licking problem?

My cat Louie is licking his privates over and over again. He is mowing like he is in pain. He seems agressive. He has Been fixed

Make sure he does not have worms or a flea problem. They can both affect the cats rear end and make it uncomfortable for your cat.

the other possibility is a blocked anal gland which if the case needs to be treated by a vet.

If he appear to be in pain as you say then i think that a trip to the vets sooner rather than later is the best thing to do right now so that your cat can be treated as soon as possible and perhaps given some pain relief too.

We went to the vet. He had a urinary tract infection. He had crystals in his bladder that were blocking him from peeing.
