Does my cat have worms

My cat has been acting completely normal and all of a sudden, one day, I was cleaning her stool and I noticed a millipede like thing inside one of the stool. It was brown and literally looked like a millipede. Is it a worm and can it be harmful?

if it was inside her stool then yes it is probably a type of worm.

it is not good for your cat to have any sort of worms as they can lead to illness.
