my 9mth old cat sleeps all the time

why is my cat starting to sleep all the time ,she is nine months old .She got spayed 3-months ago

well it is difficult to say if she is excessively sleeping or not. cats do sleep quite a lot and as they get older this increases. At 9 months old though it would be expected that they would still be very playful but with lots of naps through out the day.

If it has just happened in the last few days it may be that your cat is not feeling that well. just like us they can pick up viruses which knock them out for a few days. However if it continues for longer and if the sleeping does seem excessive then i would always recommend a trip to the vets in case there is some other underlining illness.
