my cat is not herself, should I worry?

my cat hasn't eaten in 24 hrs and also wont let me pick her up and seems very reluctant to move but i have no idea what's wrong with her. she hasn't done a poop in about 2 days i think its because we have had snow for 3 days and she has become constipated?

if you could tell me what's wrong would be truly grateful :)

unfortunately it is impossible to say for sure what is wrong with your cat, only a vet can do this with an examination.

It could be that she is constipated and feeling unwell.

She may have a virus which is making her feel unwell but will pass in a day or so.

or there could be something more involved which as I say only a vet could diagnose.

Make sure she has plenty to drink to try and encourage her to go to the loo and keep an eye on her for another day or so. if she gets worse or her symptoms do not change then your best option is to take her to the vets.
