my cat is suddenly vomiting & crying

My 2 yr old American Shorthair was out on our deck for a few minutes this evening & came in crying loudly which he never does & began vomiting everywhere & is now having bowel movements too. What can I give him to stop the meowing

I don't think the meowing is the issue here, it sounds to me like your cat is rather poorly and needs some medical attention. the meowing is being caused by the fact that he is distressed and so the cause of his sickness needs to be treated to stop his crying.

I wonder if he ate something poisonous outside which caused the symptoms. If the sickness and crying continue then i think your only real option is to take him to the vets as soon as possible. Hopefully then once he treated he will stop crying.
