my cat has been sneezing every year. sometimes he sneezes a little bit,

sometimes a lot. this year he is sneezing a lot. you can also hear him breathe,
he breathes kind of "soft" i guess i can say, but weird sounding. my cat is
an indoor/outdoor cat.he also has loose skin hanging maybe an inch from
his stomach. Should i be concerned about his loose skin, him sneezing each
year, and the way he breathes?

Please answer my question soon!

Hi Sounds to me like your cat may have an allergy of some sort.

As for the loose skin, well this could simply be from old age or being over weight. Your vet should be able to discuss this with you the next time you go. It may or may not be an issue for your cat.
