neborn kitten problem

i have a 3 day old kitten and it's belly button is open and has a little white tube like thing that constantly gushes out a odd orange-clear liquid it is also very weak and i dont know what to do please help me quick because i think time is running out. i dont want it to suffer so answer quick.

Lucas, you must take this kitten to the vet as soon as possible. This is the only way you have any hope of saving this kitten.

im sorry but my kitten passed about 2 days after i posted im sad but i now know what the cause was: worms i believe it was a worm that usually gets in the intestines and mistakened the umbilical (probably spelled it wrong) cord to be the intestine and got into the kitten's stomach thankyou so much im very grateful.
