Sick Cat and lethargic

Have a 7 yr. old cat. For the past few weeks the cat seems bloated, won't eat, and has used the bathroom only a couple of times. About once a day gags, and spits up a liquid, clear foamy substance. She doesn't seem to be in any pain. Is slightly lethatrgic.

well there are many things which could have caused this, from digestive problems and related illness to constipation or even hairballs.

To be honesty with you as it has gone on for several weeks and her symptoms are the same and I really don't like the sound of that bloated tummy, I would definitely suggest that your best option for you and the cat is to have her checked by a vet to find the true cause. Guessing and trying to treat without knowing for sure can only make things worse.
