Hi
you really do need to get your cat seen by a vet soon. Loosing weight but still eating and perhaps eating lots too is a sign of an underlining illness such as a thyroid problem, diabetes, heart conditions etc. test will need to be done t determine the exact problem.
The sooner you can get him seen the better, as he may also be losing muscle too once all his fat is gone. I know this happened to my cat too.
