If a cat's puke looks orange,brown,foamy and it was a lot with grass in it?

well cats eat grass to make them sick so that would be a normal thing to find. However the orange coloring could be spots of blood.

I wonder if your cat has a hairball and is trying to get rid of it herself.

If her symptoms persist over a week or so or if her symptoms get worse then your best option is to take her to a vets. Sometimes a cat can't get rid of the hairball them self and need help.
