what is wrong with my cat

my cat has recently started pooing blood and being sick, but i just thought he was ill with a bad stomach after he ate something that didnt agree with him but he then started to lose hair and not walk properly im am really worried about him and wondered if anyone could help before i took him to the vets. thanks

No there is nothing you can do for him apart from what you are ie take him to the vets as soon as possible.
the symptoms could be associated with many different things but all would need medical attention. you never know he may have eaten something poisonous or even fallen and hurt himself.

Make him as comfortable as you can and make sure he has plenty of fresh water available nearby to prevent dehydration.
