WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF YOUR CAT IS GOING CRAZY AND CLEAR STUFF IS COMING OUT THERE BUTT

If it is a un spayed female cat then it could be their heat period.

if not then it sounds like the cat could be in pain and has an infection. Mucus like this is often caused by an internal infection. the cat needs to go to the vets as soon as possible for treatment.
