Does my cat have allergies?

My cat is having trouble breathing and has a clear liquid coming out of her eyes.

well it could be an allergy reaction but equally it could be a very bad cold or cat flu.

If the cat is really having a hard time breathing then I would definitely recommend telephoning your vet for advice. Also do this if symptoms do not subside over night.
