green pepper plant and cats

we have an aerogarden with green pepper plants...out 7 year old himalayan tomcat is crazy about the leaves and raids the plants constantly...is there a health concern with this?

I am afraid to say I can't say specifically for this plant. I would assume though that any edible plant i.e green peppers would be non harmful in general. But I would check with web site about plants etc.
