My Older Cat Blackie Likes To Chase Simba Around The House.

And When Simba Get`s Away ,Blackie Starts the constint Meowing
For A few Min ,but somtime much Longer Meowing.
Blackie Has been Around And Has Lived With Other Cat`s Be4
But Was Many Years Ago.And Blackie Was A Indoor/Outdoor Cat
@ That Time.Could It Be He Misses Being Out Side?

The behaviour you describe sounds like normal cat behaviour to me in regards to laying down the rules between cats. It could also be plain simple playing, sometimes it can look rather aggressive.

What you may need to so especially if your cat is used to going outside is make his inside world as stimulating as possible to prevent boredom and aggressive behaviour.
