13 YEAR OLD FEMALE CAT IS BLEEDING SOME FROM VAGINA

My cat is bleeding, spotting a little from her vagina. She is 13 years old. I cant see anything when she urinates, though. just a few spots where she lays. What can this be? She does not see like she is having a difficult time when she is urinating.

Hi, unfortunately it is impossible to say for sure what this could be, however whatever it is it is not normal and will need to be treated. It may be a urinary infection or she may have some other internal problem.

I assume she is not in heat and is spayed in answering this question.

Spot bleeding occasional..just noticed. Not spayed. No health issues.

my 14 yr old cat just started having this exact same thing this am... she is spayed as well.. and has a history of UTIs and bladder crystals and has been on special food for those things for many years. i am taking her to the vet tomorrow, i am very worried, i hope its just a bladder infection.
