3 month old Ragdoll

I have a 3 month old Ragdoll kitten that has been peeing under my bed and pooping under my daughters bed. She also had a pee on my husbands shirt that was on the floor in the bathroom the other day. She goes to the washroom in her litter box but seems to want to go in these places as well. I have saturated the area rugs under the bed with a product called Natures Miracle. I don't know what to do to ensure this behaviour stops.
