4 month old female kitten

Hello. My kitten has two white spots on the opening if her bum which keep pussing. She also is doing poo the colour and texture of tar. Which smells real bad. It's only been happening a few days. I thought it may have been down to her having a change in cat biscuits. I've grew up with cats and have never seen this before. :( I'm starting to get really scared now as i have a cat of a year old and thinking if it's some form of infection she may have passed it on..

Kitten poop can sometimes change in texture, color and smell quite strong during the first few year of their lives this is especially true if you change their food. this should settle down after a week or so.

As for the white pus, yes this does sound like it could be an infection and i would suggest having the vet take a look just in case.
