4 month old kitten

my 4 month old male kitten has just pooped out blood. its not a lot but what could this mean?he had a cold could the blood be because of his cold? he eats and plays when he want to.this is the first time hes pooped out blood,i have 3 other kittens should i keep them away from him?what do i do?

well it is never a good sign when there is blood in the feces. however if it was a small amount and has only just happened it may just be related to his recently illness.

keep an eye on him to see if the problem continues or gets worse, in which case you will have to take him to the vets for a check up.
