Bagheera our cat

Bagheera...
You were born in a shelter.
Your Mum and siblings were all adopted.
But not you.
You lived there for two years, and then I came,
looking for that special cat.
It was you.
For ten years, you, and Belladonna, and Tobias,
were my constant companions.
But cancer took you from me.
Christmas Eve, 2017, you were diagnosed.
January 6th, 2018, you went in peace.
You were my soul mate; we will meet again,
of that I am sure.
