Big tummy kitty

My kitten is about four months old and over the last two days her stomach seems to have grown alot. Tonight I put her in the litter box and she peed and then it appeared like she was trying to poop but couldn't. Is there anything I can do before I take her to the vet tomorrow?

It could be that she is constipated. Taking her to the vet is a good idea but in the mean time you could gently massage her tummy in little circular motions to try and get things moving. However it it appears to painful for her then just wait to take her to the vets. also make sure that there is plenty of water for her to drink as it it is importnat to keep her hydrated.
