brown liquid from cat

My kitten is having brown liquid coming out of her rear end (butt), idk if this is normal or not. she keeps getting worms also. what could i do to prevent the worms? medicine seems to help but they keep coming back.

Sounds to me like a rather ansty dose of Diarrhea
to me. Kittens can be rather prone to digestive upsets which cause this problem.

Please see my pages about diarrhea here for more information on how to treat the condition. But remeber it is very importnant that the kitten does not get dehydrated as this can happen quickly and can be fatal.

As for the worms well these can also be causing the stomach upset too and needs to be treated with the best medication. To be honest with you considering the diarrhea is so bad I think a trip to the vets would be best to have her examined and also to get some good worming medication from them
