My cat has brown stuff on his gums and behind his sharpest teeth he has a lardeish bump what dose this mean also he has been losing weight......

Hi
my advice is to take him to see a vet as soon as you can. hopefully it is just a build up of tartar which the vet will be able to remove. This can also prevent your cat from eating properly and could explain the weight loss.

Please do not delay the sooner the vet can see and treat him the better the outcome.

best wishes Kate
