Cat has bubble on his belly

My cat has a bubble on his belly i dont think he is going to make it i had 2 strays show up and he is one....im planning on worming them this weekend. but im worried about this bubble...is it a clutch of worms or what can it be?

well it could be a cyst of some kind. worms don't live on the outside of the body.

He really does need to see a vet so that the bubble can be drained or removed if possible before any possible infection can set in.

it probably is nothing to worry about but does need to be seen a by a vet and treated as soon as possible.
