cat has hair in his poop

Hello is it normal for my cat to have hair in it's feces ( poop )?

hi
well it is possible that your cat has been digesting hair and it has passed through their system and come out the other end. normally hair forms a ball and is caught in the throat which is then vomited up. however it is possible for some of it to pass through.

Also if your cat has been eating furry critters this could also mean that some hair passes through too.

I wouldn't worry at all as long as you worm your cat regularly and he is not displaying any other symptoms of ill health.
