my 10yr old male neutered cat has started bowel movements in the house he has made in my bedroom 3 times, my living room and my sons room please help

if this problem is behavioral rather than a physical problem which it probably is it is called Middening.


It is used by a cat as form of communication and is usally only used in extreme cses i.e when the cat feels particualy threatened or nervous about something whcih has happened.

the idea is that it si both a visual and sensory communication which is designed to one stake their claim on the home and 2 to haelp make the cat feel more secure in their home.
