Cat Liver Inflammation.

I took my cat to the vet and they diagnosed her with Liver inflammation. They said I have to feed her every two hours for about 3 months. She had not been eating for a week so they say she may have eaten something bad in our yard and that made her not want to eat and then her liver started hurting which made her not want to eat even more. Are there any herbs I could use to help her? When I feed her she barfes. Is it safe to give her sage?

Well i am not a herb expert i'm afraid and so could not say if sage is Ok or not. i do have a web page about herbs and cats which you may find of interest here

but if you do use any herbs please make sure you inform your vet as it may affect any medication they are giving the cat.
