Cat losing fur around eye

my cat is loosing hair on his eye and squinting and tearing up and there is 2 red bumps on both eyes at the same spot

well it could be that your cat has an eye infections such as conjunctivitis, Please see this page for more on this

However there may also be a problem with a skin condition affecting your cats face such as mange or fleas or mites.

However in either case it is very important that your cat is treated sooner rather than later to prevent permanent damage to the eyes. A trip to your vets is your bets option.
