cat losing weight and not eating

My 11 year old cat is losing weight fast. She refuses to eat, or come downstairs. At first i thought it was because she was depressed ( her sister of the same litter died a week ago) but then She started losing her fur and got huge bumps all over her skin. I'm worried im going to lose my other baby. Is this serious? or will she get better soon?

Hi i really don't like the sound of this at all. My advice is to take her to the vets as soon as possible. I don't know what her sibling died of but could it be related?
Where symptoms like this present themselves it really isn't worth waiting, seek medical attention.

i really hope it is something that can be treated easily.
