cat losing weight and sleeping a lot

my cat has been urinating everywhere, not eating, sleeping alot, losing weight, and not grooming his self..what could be wrong with him?

Sadly there is no way to diagnose this from these symptoms alone. Tests will need to be done to try and find out the cause.

Losing weight is definitely not good and could be caused by several things from heart problems, thyroid issues, tumors but there are all sorts of other conditions which could also produce these symptoms. your cat needs to see a vet as soon as possible.
