Cat Sickness after Neutering

My cat got neutered 3 weeks ago & for the past 5 days she keeps bringing up her food. What is the problem? She is a lovely black cat 8 months old, she has a twin sister who we got neutered by our local vet at the same time. The sister (Misty) is ok no vomiting or toilet issues. But (Garfield keeps vomiting her food everytime she eats, plus sometimes she tends not to use her litter tray. Is there anything that can be done to help her, as we are concerned that the neutering may have caused this. Please can you help. Thank you very much.

However it is also possible that your cat may have picked up an infection after the surgery, this is not common but can occur.

To be honest if it were me and because of the recent surgery i think I would take her back to the vets to have her checked over just to be on the safe side.
