cat started crying real loud and breathing heavy

this evening my cat started crying real loud,breathing real heavy with his mouth wide open with saliva dripping out. it will last 2 or 3 min. then he goes to sleep. then some hours later he will do it again. whats wrong...

I am not a vet and so cannot diagnose major health problems but it does sound like your cat may be having some sort of fit. Now what has brought these on is impossible to say. However i strongly recommned that you take your cat to see a vet as soon as you can. he may have ingested something poisonous or he may have something in his mouth which is causing him some problems. There are many different possible causes for this but without a full examination it is impossible to treat.

I hope the vet can sort this out for your cat easily.
