cat sticks bottom up when i go near her

why does my cat keep meowing all the time sticking her bum in the air and when i go near her bum she rises her bum up and she had got clear stuff coming out of her you no wot dont like to say this has only happened twice now plase help me thank you

well it is possible that she is in heat and the affectionate behaviour and discharge are signs of this. if she is not spayed then this will happen quite a lot. Please see my web page about cats in heat here
