cat very ill

My cat was missing for 5 years came back not long ago very skinny , can harldy walk anymore, very shakey, blood coming out of mouth and today i saw a worm, when he went to the toilet also has lost teeth whats wrong im taking him to the vet today

I'm very glad he has finally come home and you are doing the best thing by taking him to the vet straight away.
