my cat has fleas and a bold spot with red dots and going bold on back legs and by tail

The only thing you can do is to treat the fleas and your home for fleas too. It is likely that the bald spots are caused by flea bites which is causing your cat to scratch badly enough to pull fur out.

The best way to teat this is to take them to the vet to get the best flea treatment and also something for the itching and skin. the vet will also be able how to best treat your home so that you can get rid of all the fleas there too. it is important that you do this as flea eggs can live in the carpets etc for some time. please see my page about fleas here
