cats giving Birth

we have a cat who gave birth to kittens she left the cats where she had them with the cord still attached to most of them. we moved them to the gargarge with her she is hidding from the kittens we cleaneed up the kittens will she go back to them?

Give her some time on her own for a few hours to see if she calms down and gets used to them. Some cats just don't take to their kittens instantly and need a little time. However the kittens do need feed within the first few hours so if she simply does not want to know you will have to take over and this wont be easy ans you will need special kitten formula.
