Chloe My Cat

Chloe Lane Neal is my cat's name. I have had her for about twelve years. It all started when i got my first apartment and i wanted a cat. I went to the local shelter and wanted a black & white cat. So as i walk in and the lady is showing me all the black and white cat the have I was drawn to a cage with kittens. They were domestic shorthairs that were dipped off in a box the previous week before. All the kittens were climbing on the cage and meowing their little hearts out. There was one that stuck her paw out and grabbed my finger. The lady told me she picks you! A lady is showed me all the black and white kitties they have the one who stuck her paw out to me never let her beautiful green eyes off me. That was it. I went back to her cage and she jumped right into my hands. She was only about the size of my hand at the time. Tiny as she was she filled heart. Sure has been the greatest cat. She loves me and I love her.

Lovely story. Cats do seem to know who they want to be with I think and us mere mortals need to make sure we obey their wishes :)

I hope you and Chloe have a long and happy life together.
