Could it be worms?

I'm noticing blood in my cats faeces. people tell me it's worms???

Well yes it could be worms but any sign of blood in the faeces or urine should be investigated further by a vet as sometimes it is a sign of ill health.
Even if it is only worms your mind will be put at rest and you will be able to treat her with proper medication for the worms.
