My kitten just turned 6 month old and lately has so much energy he messes everything up from him playing and all of a sudden he wants to be around someone all the time other wise he meows does this mean hes in heat.

Hi, firstly male cats do not go into heat this is only for females. Male cats once they become adults will be on the look out for mates all the time.

the behavior you describe is normal for a kitten of this age, they are full of energy and yes at 6 months he will be maturing and start to become sexually active. This would be a good time to consider having him neutered.
