flea treatment

I used a flea and tick shampoo on my cats just yesterday, but it didnt kill all of them. How long should I wait until i use the flea and tick gel that goes on the back of their necks.

Always check on the back of the shampoo bottle for any instructions or cautions etc.

However shampoos work on contact i.e. they kill live ones on the cat where as the spot on gel gets into the cats system and kills the fleas when they ingest it when they bite etc.

So I would say that give it a day and then you should be fine to use the spot on.
