my cat about 8yrs old had an accident with his leg were not sure what happened but it was dislocated he then started to lose weight even tho he eats and drinks loads and now he has sore spots on his side which he is always licking making it worse thanks

I'm not sure what you are asking. I assume you have taken the cat to the vets for treatment for the dislocation. If the cat is still having problems in that area or if this is a new condition then again i'm afraid your cat does need to see the vet again. Scabs could be an indication of a skin allergy or a parasite problem.
